Being a socially responsible company is a challenge that is renewed every day for FTR. In this sense, FTR continually seeks to contribute to Justice, Sport, Environment and diversity. Among the institutions and projects that the FTR supports include:

Institute Reaction	FTR supports Brazilian sport through the double champion of synchronized swimming Bia and Branca Feres.
Diversity FTR believes that an open and inclusive culture allows not only a more interesting and stimulating work environment but also enables a more agile and efficient response to the challenges of its customers in a multicultural and diverse world .	Environmental Awareness FTR is committed to a clean, green and sustainable environment through various practices aiming at recycling, reducing waste and energy and paper consumption.
